Western blot analysis from lysates of mouse lung tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-mouse CXCL17 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24222) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for CXCL17 at approximately 11 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
